Warranty and Return

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.

How long do I have before making a return?

1. You have a max of 30 days to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 30 days after the purchase date. No returns made after 30 days from the purchase date will be accepted.
2.  You must use the shipping label we provide, then send back and postmark the package within 30 days from the purchase date.

 

Warranty Process:

To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process, please indicate in your ticket all the details of your order, such as your order number, SKU number, or the product name. Then kindly send all info to our email address:

Items under the 30 days warranty should be returned to our warehouse. We will allow a return for a refund and or an exchange as long the item is unused/unworn with all its labels, tags, and original packaging. Once we receive the item, we will offer you compensation.

 

 

Return Costs:

Please note that customers need to cover the shipping fee to return items to us. This cost is non-refundable. Customers need to provide us the tracking details for their package and we will monitor the return. We will process any compensation once we have received the items.

 

 

Return Policies:

Customers must return the package as per our instructions and the shipping address. Customers must also cover the shipping fee for returning the package, packages must be sent only after the Customer Support Team have authorized the return. Packages sent back without authorization will not be accepted. Please contact our Customer Service for further advice. 

 

Important Notice:

 1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the shipping label we provide even if you are using your own shipping.
2. Please make sure you don't include non-ALICENHAIR items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.

 

 

Warranty Exceptions:

Items that are exempt from refunds, exchanges, or replacements include all apparel or any discounted products, providing that COCO-BEAUTY did not make any error.
